Created To Check:
-Fork-Tube Pass Through
-Tripple Tree Parallelism
-Suspension Sag
-Driveline Alignment
Made from Durable PLA Plastic with a 5/8x13" 6061 Aluminum rod
Uses Wing Nuts for Quick and Easy Loosening and Tightening.
Orange lips have 1/16 measurements for ease of use.
This tool was developed originally to aid in the process of aligning a Harley-Davidson
swingarm. This is done by measuring the distance between the shock mounting points between the body and the frame on each side of the bike with the bike standing vertical.
Other uses of this tool include: Checking distance between the upper and fork trees for
parallelism. Checking the fork Passthrough, in relation to the top triple tree, and many other
measurement checks and or transfers. The distance between hash marks is 1/16”.
There are two threaded holes in each of the sliders. If one happens to get damaged for
any reason the other can be used.
There are two different methods of making the sliders stationary for a measurement: the
wingnut for ease of changing, and a set screw for a more permanent location. Typically we
would have one of each in each slider and use one with the wing-nut only.

Great alignment tool 0 people found this helpfulI have a 2011 RoadKing Classic and tried to align it with a tape measure. I got it close but it still didn't handle good on corners. Got the alignment tool from DK and sure enough it was still off. Got it aligned with the tool and it made a big difference in the handling. Great item for the tool box and I plan on helping others.

Simple, effective, and affordable 0 people found this helpfulI aligned my bike last year with a homemade rig I threw together with a few things lay around the garage, I knew it was at least close. Now with the help of this tool it is spot on. Thanks DK for bringing this to market. 2021 Road King

Great Piece 1 people found this helpfulI love this product, it does exactly what the other $200+ product of the same tool does. I use it for way more than what they say you can use it for. It is even a great tool to make sure your rear wheel is aligned with the swingarm front to back.

Alignment tool 1 people found this helpfulGot this tool because it's affordable. I suspected my bike out of alignment and it was about 3/16 to a 1/4 inch. Bought a adjustable link and alignment is now perfect

Alignment Tool 1 people found this helpfulI used it and found my drive train alignment out about 1/8 inch. I purchased an adjustable dog bone and corrected the small misalignment. I am more confident at higher highway speed. I believe the tool is more accurate than using a tape measure. Would recommend for touring bikes. Mine is a 2020 road king.
